Cancellation & rescheduling

Rescheduling is free with more than 24 hours' notice. Inside 24 hours, the scheduled service is charged in full, as the time can't be reallocated.

Cancellations need a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Less than that is charged at 100% of the scheduled service.

No-shows and late arrivals of 30 minutes or more are treated as a cancellation and charged in full, as there is no longer time to complete the service.

A 1.5% fee applies when paying by credit card.
