Before we formulate, we take time to understand your current hair, your desired result, your lifestyle, and how often you would like to return to the salon. From there, we create a personalized color plan that complements you while protecting the health and integrity of your hair.
We believe in honest guidance and realistic expectations. If your goal will require more than one appointment to achieve safely, we will explain the process clearly and create a thoughtful path to get you there.

How long does a balayage appointment take?
Between two and four hours depending on your length, density and how far we're lifting. We'll give you a firm time estimate at booking.
Can you take me blonde in one appointment?
Sometimes. It depends entirely on your starting point and your hair's condition. If it needs two sessions to get there without damage, we'll tell you before we start rather than halfway through.
How often do I need a gloss?
Most clients refresh every six to eight weeks. A gloss is the cheapest way to keep tone and shine looking new between full color appointments.
What is a root shadow?
A soft blend of color at the root that makes grow-out far less obvious. It's $25 added to a highlight service and it buys you weeks.
